Hi all the explorers, My name is Dora, I was an international students for 5+ years. Studying abroad is an exciting chance to mix with different cultures, different opinions, and different interesting people. I know that for your stay you will also want a safe, relaxed, cozy, quiet, place that feels like home. I am going to provide you a house called The Appleton house. You will have all you have dreamed about: â€¢ A newly renovated and well-maintained detached house that is located in a quiet, safe and friendly community â€¢ Steps to public transit and short commute to universities, colleges, and major attractions â€¢ Large, sun-filled, fully furnished rooms that all come with a built-in closet, and fit at least a double bed, a desk, a bedside table, and bookcase Our rate is flexible and competitive, and can surely accommodate your needs, no matter if it's a short term or long term stay. My parents will be sharing the same house with the guests during their stays. They will keep the common area nice and clean. Me and my parents will cook the hotel standard meals for our guests. I stayed in Dora's house for more than 3 months and everything was great! From the beginning Dora was very nice, friendly and understanding. She showed me the neighbourhood and helped to begin my life in Toronto as a student (it was my first visit to Canada and Dora helped me a lot). I loved the house, it was very clean, nice and comfortable, and my neighbours were great. I became friends with them and we stay in touch now. Also, the location is perfect - the house is situated in only a few minutes from different bus and street car stops (and it's also very easy to get to the subway from there), the area is beautiful and there are many parks and good stores nearby. Dora's homestay was nice, safe, cosy and clean. She and her mother were very friendly. I made frirnds with all the roomates. It is a cozy house, location is great, near to ttc , stories and restaurants. Dora's mom cleans often. Dora is a nice hostes, attentive and willing to help. Although not all the girls who live there are friendly the environment is nice and respectful. I would like to stay there in the future.
