The place was modern and comfortable I had my own entrance which was good... no wifi in the section that I was staying. But other than that an awesome place and really accommodating, kind and respectful landlord.

The good - Location. On main street - 15-20 min walk down the street for cafes and restaurants. Also a 15-20 min walk to the skytrain station and mall. The downsides - basement living space so little natural light and low ceilings means a low shower makes shampooing a tad tough. Laundry can be done at a steep $15 by the host only - a bit inconvenient.
