First of all, the house is located in Varadero (be careful, sometimes you find houses in Varadero but they are located in Matanza). The place is literally 2 minutes walking distance from the amazing beach of Varadero and from restaurants and bars. There is a shopping centre nearby as well. Sonia has been very welcoming and helped us with all what we needed. The room was clean and bathroom completed with everything. Highly recommended.

The home is lovely. The room is located on the second floor which makes you feel like you have a whole apartment to yourself. It has a living room and kitchen too! The room was spacious ! . Clean beach and bathroom towels are provided, so is hand soap, shampoo and toiletries . Another thing, the room is safety secured with a lock which you'll be the only one with access to for the remaining of your trip. To add a last layer of safety it has a safety box so you can put your valuables during your stay. I didn't have Breakfast was at the home, but i saw another host do and it looked delicious. Definitely consider it! The family is friendly, kind and attentive. Consider their restaurant suggestions! I found some amazing finds through them. I would rate my stay a 10 out of 10.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sonias Place. The house was easy to reach in walking distance to the Varadero Bus-Station. The rooms were clean and we felt save. Good place to stay if you want to avoid the very touristy areas right in front, eventhough everything one would need is in walking distance. Muchas Gracias Sonia y tu familia

Room fully matching with pics and description. The house is very close to the beach and you can also find several restaurants in the close surroundings, and banks with ATM as well. Main BUS station (Omnibus) is at walking distance. The main night-life district (Boulevard) can be reached with a short taxi trip. Sonia and her family are just perfect hosts.

La casa de Sonia está muy bien ubicada, a pocos metros de la playa y de la Bodeguita del Medio. La zona de fiesta está a 10 minutos andando. La habitación estaba muy limpia, espaciosa, con TV y nevera y el baño genial. Sonia ha sido muy atenta en todo lo que le hemos solicitado. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Volveríamos sin dudarlo! Gracias

Sonia’s place, Casa Torres, is amazing! She was very timely and responsive to my emails in preparation for my trip. She also offers great and invaluable advice to help plan your trip. The place is absolutely clean, air conditioned and with a beautiful front porch where you can relax! I’ll always stay here if in Varadero
