My house is very quiet and safe, very tidy and organized. It exudes a cheerful and renewed atmosphere. We are a happy and very sociable couple. The apartment has two bathrooms: one is a full bathroom and the other is a half bathroom. The comfortable bedroom has a large closet. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast or dinner if you wish. (No heavy meals.) We will also give you information about good places near the apartment so you can have breakfast for very little money ;) There is a ceiling fan for hot weather. *Small and cozy room*: This is a very comfortable small room, with a good closet, a desk, and a chair. It also has a single bed. A washing machine is available upon request and can be reserved at a time and date. The kitchen is available for preparing breakfast or dinner, but not heavy meals. We will also give you information about good places near the apartment so you can have breakfast for very little money. House Rules Please respect the night's rest and keep quiet between midnight and 8:00 a.m. No one other than us is allowed in the apartment. No showers after midnight. Losing the keys has a fee of 40 euros. The living room is not available. *IMPORTANT* The kitchen is available. IMPORTANT: There are two more bedrooms, so it is important to maintain order and cleanliness.

Very good location in the center of Gracia. I loved how I've been welcomed at Michael and Yesenia's house :) Professional and gentle ! The bedroom was very clean and lacked of nothing. Same for the bathroom, and every other shared rooms. People were really nice.

Michael & Yesenia are great accommodators. Staying with them has been blissful as my stay with them was peaceful. They weren't overbearing and they provided everything that was needed for my stay with them. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends

Michael was a very welcoming host, and was very helpful! I stayed for 4 nights at Michael & Yesenia's place. The room is spacious and comfortable. The only window opens on to the laundryroom, so the bedroom is a bit dark, but not a problem if you're out exploring all day anyway. I would recommend this homestay

Michael and Yesenia were the perfect hosts! They were so friendly and helpful, with lots of recommendations for things to see and places to eat in the area. The room and apartment were also lovely and comfortable, in a beautiful neighbourhood of Barcelona, which is well-connected with the rest of the city. I really recommend this homestay! Really enjoy my stay. It has everything basic and essential. It’s takes about 20 to 30min walk to tourist spots but it’s a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Not to mention above all living with just yess and mich were really nice, they were so welcoming and greets us so well. Definitely recommend anyone to stay here
