I am a trustworthy, sociable, and empathetic person. The apartment is cozy, quiet, tidy, and clean. The rooms are bright, comfortable, and spacious. With a very accessible location to public transportation (both buses and metro lines), just 100 meters from one of the metro lines that takes us from one end of the city to the other. Just over 700 meters from Sants Station, the train terminal for major cities in Spain and other European cities. IMPORTANT NOTE: Minors are not allowed, even if accompanied. We are on the 4th floor without an elevator. Check-in 11:00 a.m.

Even in living room someone sleep and it was not comfortable if u wanted to go to washroom at night.there’s no lights during to go to washroom. the host was so welcoming and she was good . totally i wasn’t comfortable

Staying with Brumelys was an unforgettable experience. The house was spick and span, spotless clean, situated in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, and conveniently close to the metro and public transportation. Despite the scorching summer heat, Brumelys went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. My mom and I found such peace and warmth in her home. We can't wait to stay with her again on our next trip to Barcelona. Highly recommend

Puntos positivos: Brumelys es amable y cercana. Muy atenta. Cama bastante cómoda Habitación amplia con sitio para guardar todo. Cerca del metro Buen precio para dos personas Puntos negativos Ruidos nocturnos en el barrio. Debería arreglar algunas cosas que están en mal estado. Por ejemplo poner una cerradura en la puerta o un simple pestillo nuevo. No cuesta nada. 5 pisos sin ascensor. Si vas con bolsas o una maleta se nota. La estancia fue positiva en general.
