Complete Basement in Burke Mountain
Our house is in beautiful Burke Mountain. A 3 mins walk to bus stop and direct access to Douglas College & Pinetree Secondary School (15 mins), Coquitlam Central Mall with Walmart & TnT (20 mins), and skytrain station (15 mins). For SFU or Douglas (New Westminster) students, host could offer morning drop off to skytrain station during working days (within 30 minutes to campus). We are a professional couple working in big organizations with 2 teens in middle and high schools. Two people will share the WHOLE PRIVATE GROUND LEVEL basement with big windows, lots of sunshines, and own private entrance from backyard lawn. The whole basement suite is around 1000 sqft with 2 bedrooms, living room, dining rooms and a full bath. There are TV and sofa in a roomier living room. A fridge, microwave oven, double electric stoves and rice cooker are in another kitchen area which you can prepare your own meals. During weekends and holidays we would like to invite you to join our family activities like hiking, badminton, movies, fishing, shopping, and restaurant dining etc. Hope you will enjoy your stay with us !!
