I have a centrally located, very spacious, bright, and comfortable room in a peaceful and quiet setting, equipped with everything you need for your well-being, with a double bed and memory foam mattress. Ideal for women traveling alone who want to feel safe in a family environment, as there are no other guests in the accommodation. The bathroom is shared with the family. The area is surrounded by gardens, bars, a gym, supermarkets, and bus lines that will take you to all parts of the city. It's a 25-minute walk from the city center or the beach. It's ideal for a single person or couple who want to enjoy their stay to study and practice Spanish, work remotely, or for work. I had a pleasant stay with Marisa and was received very warmly. Marisa is an enthusiastic, nice lady and communicates well. She is helpful and is ready to answer questions before arrival. Her house is very clean and the room is comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby and a bus stop around the corner. The historic center is within walking distance. Coco is a calm dog. My next stay will be with Marisa again. I therefore recommend staying with her.
