Non smokers only please. This is a cosy, comfortable room equipped with an extra-long single bed, a microwave, small fridge, toaster, an electric kettle and some dishes. Free internet as well as access to the laundry room, and detergent is supplied. Located close to downtown, the main library, Orchard Park shopping centre, parks, museums, and the lake; along several bus routes, #8 almost at the front door, a five minute walk to #5 and #11 bus stops. This room is in a suite, which is on the street level of a two-level house, and the entrance is along the side of the house. There are locks to each bedroom door. There are two quiet people who live upstairs, whom you probably won't meet. There are three rooms in this suite, which is at street level are occupied by quiet, friendly people and you will have your own space and privacy in the comfort of your room. Prefer a stay of at least a fortnight, please. Available from mid-July 2025 until autumn.
