My family and I live in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood in South Burnaby. We have been hosting students since 2007. My husband and I have two kids, one 14-year-old and one 12-year-old. We value safety, cleanliness, kindness and respect in our home. We have two rooms available for students located in the main floor. Beside the two rooms is a full bathroom solely used by students. We only host female students. Each room has a single bed, drawer, closet, hutch/ study table, study lamp, and window. Our location is: *3 minutes walk to the bus stop *12 minutes walk to Edmonds Skytrain Station *35 minutes by skytrain to Downtown Vancouver *walking distance to park, Tommy Douglas Library, Highgate Village, Edmonds Community Center We charge $1200 every month, including wi-fi, TV, full laundry once a week, breakfast and dinner. We ask the students to keep their rooms and common areas tidy. Students must clean after themselves. Sleep over are not allowed. We ask the students to ask us first if it is ok to invite a friend/ classmate.
