At my place, you'll find a smartly renovated, comfortable, colonial era home designed for both work and play. Whether you're a digital nomad looking for a productive environment or a traveler eager to explore Guadalajara, my home has everything you need. What I offer: Private Rooms: Two large, private visitor rooms each with its own bathroom, located in a spacious 1920s colonial-era home. For backpackers looking for a small basic private room for a few days with a shared bathroom upstairs, I carved out a separate space in the back. Prime Location: Situated on a wide pedestrian street in the heart of Centro Histórico, my neighborhood is safe, walkable, and authentically Guadalajara. Enjoy easy access to gyms, cafes, taco stands, Mercado Acalde, vibrant bars, clubs, and cultural hotspots. The Chapultepec bar area is just a short 3km Didi/Uber ride away. Convenience: Fast WiFi throughout, a separated office space, modern kitchen, laundry facilities, and outdoor areas including a multi-level roof with terraces, BBQ, and yoga space. A new mini pool is available spring and summer. Skyline views and Instagram-worthy sunsets can be enjoyed from the mirador. Comfort: Rooms are equipped with mosquito curtains, fans, and good cross ventilation, keeping you comfortable without the need for air conditioning. Our guests typically stay 1-2 weeks to fully immerse themselves in the city. If you're looking for a place where you can both get work done and enjoy everything Guadalajara has to offer, this is the perfect choice. This is my personal home, which I occasionally open to those looking for a unique way to experience and integrate into Guadalajara. Since 2022, I've hosted around 35 volunteers, international travelers, and invited guests.
