Very organized place and a good location to stay near Toronto downtown

Amanda was very quick and efficient during the booking process. I paid the booking fee and then received a request for a full payment in order to hold the booking. I did so, payment was accepted and thirty minutes later I was told that it was no longer available and the money was returned. I kept my review score in the middle because the home stay looked very good, response was quick (even the refund), however others might find this situation a one heart score.
