Stay in a bright and welcoming home located in the city centre of Alicante, right at the foot of the Castillo de San Fernando (from its tower, you can get spectacular views over the city and the sea). We are just a 20-minute walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the tram and airport bus (C6) stops, and close to the train station, shops and nightlife, yet in a peaceful area. Our home, full of charm and character, is over 100 years old and opens onto a large patio, home to a majestic palm tree and many birds—a tranquil space in the heart of the city. I'm Silvia, a native Spanish teacher with more than 40 years of experience. If you're interested, I offer optional private Spanish lessons in a relaxed atmosphere to help you enjoy your stay even more. I also speak French and English. Maxine is a young poodle who loves greeting new people!!!
