I am a 43 year old professional female and I have 2 sons (aged 13 and 10) 50% of the time. I also have 2 lovely cats - a Ragdoll and domestic Shorthair - both very friendly and who love cuddles. I own a large and sunny 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and offer a large double bedroom with couch included in room. The available room is large and cosy with really lovely views of the garden, suburbs and palm trees. There is a queen bed in the room as well as a European oval couch which looks out the window. The room also gets beautiful sunsets. There is a large wardrobe and drawers for clothes. There is a bathroom for exclusive use but the seperate toilet is shared when my sons are with me. Includes unlimited fibre internet, power, water, access to Netflix and neon, laundry washes , toilet paper etc. Near bus stop and shopping mall with supermarket. 10-15 minutes drive from Auckland CBD.
