The area is also a popular hub for tourists and locals alike, offering plenty of opportunities for dining and shopping. My background has prepared me well to run this homestay business. I am fluent in English, having spent time studying in Canada, and I understand the needs of international students. My studies in Journalism and Broadcasting have also provided me with strong communication skills, which will help me connect with and support students from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, I currently operate a kimchi cooking studio, where I teach international guests how to make traditional Korean dishes. This experience has enhanced my ability to work with people from different countries and communicate effectively, even when there are language barriers. I believe that this cooking studio, alongside the homestay, will provide a comprehensive cultural experience for students. By combining my expertise in language, culture, and hospitality, I am excited to create a homestay experience that offers both personal connection and professional growth for students looking to immerse themselves in the rich culture of Korea.
