We offer two welcoming spaces: 1. Downstairs private bedroom with private bath. 2. Upstairs private room with a shared bathroom with one other student tenant. Community amenities include pool, jacuzzi and beautiful lakeside walking paths in the Harveston Community, minutes away from the nearby Promenade Mall in Temecula, and a short drive from both Temecula Wine Country and local hospitals. Oceanside Beach is just a 30 min drive away. All utilities and high-speed internet included. The rooms are in a family home (with two very respectful and polite high school-aged teenagers). Cats are residents in the home as well, for allergy considerations.
