The location of my home is hard to beat. Much to do and see and all can be done by walking or biking, and if you don't have a car there is public transport to go further. We are close to the Marina, beach, bike path, Abbott Kinney, cafes and restaurants, and other entertainment. I live here full time and one other lives here part time. We have a full time very sweet cat and a part time lovely dog. Our home is clean, friendly and very comfortable. The bedroom is a good size, with a new queen bed, desk and chair, hardwood floor with some rugs, and the closet is a good size. There is a ceiling fan, and window for good light and air flow. The living area and kitchen are open plan and very comfortable. I have lived here for approximately 30 years, therefore a great source of information for those not familiar with the area. Always happy to help where I can.
