We have a lovely apartment with sea views overlooking the North Devon coastline. Myself and my adult son currently live in the flat with occasional visits from a dog. We both work full time, myself from home as a Counsellor which means clients sometimes come to the house, but I have a separate entrance for them. However there are rare occasions when I ask you not to come upstairs to use the shower while I am working. There is a downstairs toilet as well so it's only the shower that may be unavailable for an hour or so here and there. Ideally I am looking for someone who is working or studying in the area Monday to Friday, but who goes home at weekends - so short term is possible. Occasional weekends can also be negotiated. We have fantastic sea views and are just a stone's throw from great wild swimming spots - 2 minutes walk - if that's your thing - it is mine! All of Ilfracombe's amenities are within easy walking distance. There is free parking on the road outside although sometimes in summer you might have to drive a bit up the hill to get a spot. I value diversity, anti racism and equal rights. This is a LGBTQ safe house and both myself and my son have DBS certificates. The shared lounge and kitchen are available to use and we both value personal space and privacy. We recycle and take care of our environment and would expect you to as well. I don't mind if you smoke outside as long as you use the jars I will provide to put your butts in and keep the areas clean. All bills and council tax are included.
