Our apartment is located right in the heart of Miraflores, just a short walk from Kennedy Park and the beautiful Malecón de Miraflores. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and very well connected – with supermarkets, pharmacies, parks, and public transport all nearby. I live here on my own and love hosting guests. There are two rooms available: A queen bedroom with a private bathroom and TV. A double bedroom with a shared bathroom (with me). Guests are welcome to use the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, as well as the laundry area. The building also offers fantastic common areas: a gym, coworking space, and two swimming pools – perfect for both work and relaxation. I'm a very sociable person and enjoy spending time with my guests. Sometimes we share breakfast together, or if you're up for it, I can take you on a fun bar tour around the city. I love cooking and, during the summer, going to the beach. I'm always happy to help and make sure you feel comfortable during your stay. I speak Spanish and a little English, and I look forward to meeting people from all over the world
