Please DO NOT check in if you become sick. I will refund your money. For stays of 3 months and less, I require full payment upon check-in by cash or e-transfer. For stays of over 3 months, method will be discussed. Please note that I accept only international students registered in a Canadian school, college or university, or those doing their internships in Canada, and preferably female. I reserve the right to accept male students on a case by case basis. Please do not make a request if you do not meet these criteria. A government-issued ID will be required upon checking in. My house is a 2-storey detached brick. There are two bedrooms being rented out on the 2nd floor and 2 rooms in the basement. The full bathroom upstairs is shared with the other student, and the one in the basement is also shared. The kitchen is on the main floor. It is bright and spacious with a breakfast area and is shared with the other students and myself. My home is in a quiet and safe residential area that is close to all amenities - shopping, entertainment, the bus terminal, central library, public and private schools, hospitals. Some schools that are close to the area are: Sheridan College Hazel McCallion Campus, University of Toronto Mississauga, Lambton College, Metalworks Institute & Heartland International English School. As well, some of the major international businesses hold office in Mississauga, like BASF, Oracle, Continental Tires, Purolator, MSN, HP, Nokia Siemens, Bell Canada/ Mobility and are a bus ride (or bicycle ride) away. I like to spend time in the garden and travel and enjoy the exchange of cultural nuances that comes from hosting international students. I ask students to do their part in maintaining the cleanliness of the house and for respecting my homestay guidelines. I require MINIMUM 2 week's notice for stays of up to 3 months, and 2 months' notice for stays longer than 3 months, if you are moving out earlier than your original requested date. Failure to do this will mean forfeiture of any remaining rent already paid out. For stays longer than 3 months, I require 2 months' rent paid upon arrival. Thank you.
