We are two professional males living in a beautiful centrally located modern downtown home on a quiet tree lined lane. Located just steps from Toronto's busiest transportation line, providing easy access to the subway and all major city destinations. Our Neighbourhood is safe and walkable and only minutes from George Brown College, Ryerson University and University of Toronto. Access to community pool, running track and gym. Museums, restaurants, and shopping are also in short walking distance. All the guest rooms are equipped with WIFI. Homestay guests share a 4 piece bathroom separate from the hosts. Tim and Nick are very nice hosts. They certainly live up to the expectations when you read such good reviews here. Their place is very comfortable, well located and clean, also privacy is respected all the time and other guests are usually very friendly with each other. It's easy to see that they do whatever they can to make you feel at home and have a good time, giving advice, tips of places to go and to eat, going as far as to invite me for their Christmas party. Overall, I had a great time and would always recommend them.

Right from the moment I stepped up to their door, Tim and Nick were very welcoming. They have a beautiful and well maintained home. I Enjoyed my stay here as a newcommer and it was helpful to learn about life in canada first hand and share a few laughs about our lives. Their home is in a very good location in Toronto close to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops, all within waking distance. I would highly recommend their place whether you are in Toronto for a quick trip or long term. You guys get 10 stars from me!!

A perfect homestay. They gave everything to let me feel comfortable there and from the first second with them, I felt home. They found theperfect balance between rules and privacy and managed a good relationship under all guests. The whole house was tidy and clean. Every question is answered and sometimes I got more than just an answer. If you want, they can be invisable to you, but you can also spend nice evenings with them and they have a lot to talk about:). Every device in the house works and the combination between Google, Apple TV and a normal TV gives you perfect conditions for relaxing time with Netflix. To conclude you can say that Tim&Nick offer you a modern house to use with charming, helpful, funny and friendly hosts. I will definetly come back to this awesome place.
