Very close to the Metro and bus stops. Supermarkets, gyms, and shops nearby. Only 5 minutes from the Sagrada Familia. Located on a wide avenue with outdoor terraces and Spanish cuisine bars. The apartment features four very spacious bedrooms, each equipped with remote-controlled fans. A large 40-square-meter living room with two separate areas. Designer kitchen and bathroom, plus a guest toilet. Cleaning of common areas and one load of laundry per week are included. Priority is given to requests from two people. Se deben tener consideraciones de tu ropa ya que la propietaria hace la lavandería y la ropa se puede perder, la ventana aunque tenga persiana si se ve hacia adentro. La propietaria amable aunque intensa en ciertos temas pero muy interesante, tuve comidas muy agradables con ella.

The bedroom is very practical with storage and a desk, but it is not bright and is small . The kitchen and bathroom are large and have been completely renovated. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and there are plenty of shops and public transport nearby. In general I enjoyed my stay !

Positive: The room is dark but that is not really a problem because you have enough lights. The room is small but has everything you need. You get a small storage place in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Not that loud and most of the times quite silent. Kitchen has everything you need and you can use it all. Good location. Negative: On the pictures everything looks a lot bigger, especially the bathroom and the shower. The landlord is not kind and will shout in your face!!! (There were a lot of problems about hair being in the shower and not being cleaned. ) There is cleaning lady but still, it's not that clean in there. The bathroom was not clean and the bathtub was filled with rubbish. You can not do your loudry yourself, she does it. She also controls the heating so you can not turn it on whenever your cold. I did not really enjoy my stay and was happy to return home after 3 months. For me, the landlord was the biggest disappointment.

The room is quite dark, as there is no external window. However it is well stocked with lots of storage, the beds are comfortable, and the rest of the apartment is really nice and students can use the common areas. The neighborhood is nice and residential with lots of restaurants near by, and is an 8 min walk from the closest metro (Alfons X). Luisa has lots of tupperware and cooking utensils that she lets students use.

I did not love anything in this apartment. There is nice photo of bathroom which is not same with real one,the shower bath is 50*50cm Every day seafood smell,and unpleasant food smell which makes you vomit. You are not allow touch washing machine,and heater(in winter max degree is 20)and many other things. Not recommended at all.

I would like to start with the location. The best location ever..there is a bus stop in front of the door. There are three metro stations in 5-10 minutes walking time. There are plenty of supermarkets (the nearest one is even 24h opened). No matter when you are going home there are a lot of people even at night and i have never been scared as a girl. However the apartment is on the fifth floor and it’s not loudly. The apartament is really good decorated and thus it makes you feel like home. The common areas are awesome. Luisa is always trying to keep them clean and comfortable. The room is like on the photos with the only exception that it is a little bit dark. Summarizing everything- I can only recommend it!
