Nice apartment convenient to public transport and 15 minutes from the historic center. Close to the University Sports Centre and 2 km from FICO. Large public park just a few steps away. NB: Mandatory cleaning fees twice a month for the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom) charged to each tenant at 20 euros per month!! Utility expenses amount to 150 euros per month and are inclusive of electricity, gas, heating, water, condominium cleaning, WIFI and waste tax. Please note that this vale (150€) includes up to 80€ per month of gas heating in the winter and of electricity (air conditioning) in the summer. If the value is exceeded, the differnece will be detracted from the deposit The security deposit is equivalent to two months' rent, so in the case of two people in a single room, this is equivalent to 1500 euros.
