Note: only for our properties located in Milan: for bookings with check-in between March 4 and April 15, inclusive, the first two months of your reservation must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Check-out between April 3 and April 13, 2025, inclusive, is not allowed. The security deposit and the administration fee for the initial and final cleaning must be paid to the owner no later than two weeks before the move-in date. The rental contract must be signed before check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the inability to enter the apartment. This is because the accommodation provider is a company according to its rules and the regulations of Italian law to prepare the contract. Uniplaces guarantees that this is a reliable owner. RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting the local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no more than one week before check-in. If you are unable to obtain one within the timeframe, a charge will be applied. Wi-fi internet, utilities, construction expenses, and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. The rent includes all utilities based on normal use and they are determined based on the size of the apartment. If you exceed the use of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental contract). If you wish to leave the apartment earlier, please inform us at least 21 days in advance. Check-in time: daily from 3 PM to 9 PM Check-out time: by 11 AM. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your booking is confirmed, we will contact you to request the following payments: the security deposit, amounting to one month's rent plus the cleaning fee (cost starting from 175 euros).
