Located 20 minutes from the center of Barcelona, with excellent public transport connections to UB, UPC, UPF, UAB, as well as Broggi, Sant Joan de Déu, and Bellvitge hospitals, Fira, the Mobile World Congress, and major sports centers like FC Barcelona - Johan Cruyff Stadium, CDP Barça, and RCD Espanyol. Excellent transport links: Metro lines L5 and L9 Sud, RENFE R1, R4, R7, R8, FGC, tram lines T1 and T2, buses L-46, L-52, L-77, L-78, X-43, X-79, and direct airport bus L-77. Quiet neighborhood with all services nearby, including a library and sports center just 1 minute away. The room is exterior and bright, with a desk and door lock. The flat offers 24/7 WiFi, internet-connected TV, and shared kitchen and bathroom. Female tenants only. A totally recommendable modern and very cozy flat in a quiet local region. Very close to UPC. The information is 100% correct. Everybody that has been to the flat liked it a lot. The landlady is extremely kind and there were no problems to get back the deposit or moving in one or two days earlier.

Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet, sehr sauber und verfügt über Klimaanlage und Heizung. Das WLAN funktioniert super und der Fernseher besitzt, neben normalen Sendern, auch Netflix und Youtube. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und besitzt von Nudelsieb bis Pürierstab fast alles. Ich habe mich unglaublich wohl gefühlt und konnte mein Zimmer, in den fünf Monaten, in denen ich da war, mein Zuhause nennen!!! Das erste mal in einer WG wohnen und auch in einem anderen Land hätte ich mir nicht besser vorstellen können. Carmen ist unglaublich lieb und probiert für jedes Problem eine Lösung zu finden. Ich während meines Aufenthaltes mehrmals Besuch von Freunden und auch das war gar kein Problem. Sie stellte uns sogar Handtücher und Duschzeug. Ich kam in der Woche, an einem Donnerstag an und Carmen hat mich von der Busstation abgeholt und mir die Umgebung gezeigt ( Busstationen, Supermärkte, Apotheke, Bank, Restaurants usw.) Als ich krank war, begleitete sie mich zum Arzt und sprach für mich mit den Ärzten. Sie ist eine unglaublich tolle und liebenswerte Person und ich bin so dankbar für diese tolle Erfahrung, die ich auch dank der Wohnung machen konnte!! Als Erasmusstudent wird man von Einheimischen schnell abgezockt und ausgenutzt, weil viele Vermieter wissen, dass wir nur einen bestimmten Zeitraum da sein werden. Ja, die Zimmer sind nicht grade "so" günstig, aber es lohnt sich definitiv. Sant Joan Despi ist ein sehr schöner Ort zum Wohnen und direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein Sportcenter mit Fitnessstudio und Schwimmhalle, sowie eine große Bibliothek. Auch wenn Sant Joan Despi ein bisschen abseits ist, würde ich es immer wieder so machen, da gerade im Sommer, in Barcelona sehr viel los ist und man in der Stadt nicht so richtig zur Ruhe kommt. Und die 20 Minuten extra Fahrt von der Innenstadt habe ich gerne in Kauf genommen. Auch Nachts bin ich mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln immer gut und sicher Nachhause gekommen.
