Check-in is only possible during the week and on Saturdays, from 9am to 6pm. Please note that you must transfer the deposit and administration fee to the owner within 1 week after confirming your order via the Uniplaces platform. The deposit is 1 month's rent for reservations up to 5 months. From 6 months onwards, the deposit is 2 months' rent. The management fee depends on the length of the reservation: 1 to 5 months is 40 percent of 1 month's rent, 5 to 10 months is 60 percent of 1 month's rent, and staying 10 months or more is 75 percent of 1 month's rent.
