Para mim o local é de fácil acesso; não tenho nenhum problema com o senhorio do local apesar de não termo nos visto nos falamos algumas vezes por mensagens de whatsapp e tudo tranquilo neste contato. Apenas não posso dizer que é uma estadia barata, tenho colegas que pagam menos na Universidade.

It has 3 metro lines and 3 bus lines within 1 minute of walking. The cleaning person is also very smart, good and punctual. The apartment has an excellent floor plan and interiors, and is as described. I enjoyed the balcony and the kitchen. The living room is magic. And moving in was no stress.

The apartment has loads of natural light and air, it's very tidy and the furniture is new. The AC and cleaning service are a big plus. This is a quiet residential area within walking distance from a train station, supermarkets and a park. The landlady was very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay!

The place is fully renovated. It looks like new, it's modern, bright, tidy and clean which makes super pleasant to live in it. The kitchen is all set up, has everything you need and there is a nice little balcony. There is no lift in the building but the apartment is located in the first floor so there is just a few stairs. The landlady was very nice and available. She made sure everything was working well and that we had everything we needed. It's not the best neighborhood around Barcelona but you have everything you need at walking distance and the tube station is very very close. My experience at this place was very good.
