The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, electric kettle, dishwasher and cooking utensils, and will allow you to prepare quick snacks or full meals. A bedroom equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. Bathroom with bathtube and bidet. Large balcony furnished with table and chairs. Additional services available to guests: TV, WIFI, air conditioning 1 split, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00 - EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in. The deposit needs to be paid before the arrival.
