I stayed for 2 and a half months, and it was very pleasant. The flat has a good quality/price ratio.It is really right next to subway, there are kids playing outside, so that's cheerfull. Right next to a bike station, local foodstores... View is really nice from the balcony. Everything is there in term of appliances, except maybe from aircon (as advertised though), and the landlord made good room for me in the kitchen. On the other hand, the wifi connection is not really designed for two people. Also, the neighbor had the tendancy to put music on late, and since you can't close the window if you don't wanna be to hot, it's an inconvenience to sleep. I had my earplugs and I was ok,though. Definitely a good place ! I'm glad I chose this flat.
