Spending time in the green house on Rua da Fábrica Social was excellent—quiet location, close to the subway, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and busy avenues. The landlord, Daniel, proved to be a very nice, attentive, and good person. I strongly recommend staying at this location.

Daniel was incredible. Always helpful and very nice. When we arrived, the house was spotless, and had all sorts of thoughtful details. Even though it was small, he made sure we knew where everything was and how things worked. We couldn't be happier with him and the house :) would 100% recommend.

What a lovely stay. We stayed here for 4 months and honestly couldnt wish for anything better. The location is great, only a 15/20 min walk to the city center. Also loved the apartment, it had everything that we needed. A quiet neighbourhood. The owners are super nice.

Ótima casa, tem tudo que precisa e de ótima qualidade. O senhorio é muito gentil e atencioso. O único impecilio que tivemos foi que o colchão era um fanto desconfortável, mas o problema foi solucionado posicionando a espuma do sofá sobre a cama. Mas ficaria mais tempo se houvesse disponibilidade, casa muito bem equipada! Nota 10!

This place exceeded our best expectations. We spent a long period there, and we have only good memories. The house is comfortable, very easy to clean and well located. The extremely kind landlord provided us with all we needed, for ex.: a heater during the winter and a ventilator in the summer.

The house is very well equipped and looks just like the pictures. Despite an uphill walk, the location is great, right near Trindade and Faria Guimarães metro stations. The neighbourhood is quiet and the landlord is extremely nice and helpful. We really felt at home here and would recommend it for young couples living in Porto. :)

The location is great, very close to downtown, although up in the hill. It is very quiet there since car traffic is limited. The house has everything we needed in terms of furniture and kitchen equipment, everything working properly and reasonably new. There was plenty of clean bed linen and towels. We liked it that there was a clothes dryer which is not too common in Portuguese small residencies. The house is very cold during cold days but there is a heater to help. Our stay was really pleasant.

Adorei estar nesta casa, muito aconchegante e senti que estava em meu lar enquanto estive por lá. Não me faltou nada além de um estendal que, Daniel providenciou assim que solicitei à ele. A casa é perfeita para uma pessoa ou casais. Para aqueles que querem se hospedar em um local de qualidade e em ótima localização, recomendo esta casa. Só tenho elogios. :)

Although the place is exactly as the pictures, there is a skylight window in the bedroom that made a lot of noise in the rain, disturbing the sleep routine in many days. In sunny days, that can be a plus in the house though.
