Apartment with excellent location, 150 meters from the Cuatro Caminos metro station. Nearby there is Carrefour 24 hours, KFC, MC, etc. In total we have two bathrooms, so two rooms share a bathroom. The rooms available are very large, approximately 20 square meters and there is a lot of sun. Double bed is offered, although in principle we only accept one tenant for each room. Each room has its private key. We have a very bright and large living room and a balcony where you can hang your laundry. We do not guarantee thorough cleaning of the common area at check-in, but we do offer a free cleaning service of the common area every two months. We only accept students with university documents. All expenses included, but the light limit per person is 80 euros per month, which is generally enough.
