This is a lovely apartment for rent in Florence located in the Santo Spirito district, a stone's throw from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is perfect for a family or a small group of friends. Thanks to its elegant rooms, the numerous comforts and the central location this property will make your stay unforgettable! The apartment consists of a beautiful living room with relaxation area and dining area, the kitchen, a double bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined), a mezzanine where we find the other two single beds and a bathroom with shower. It is equipped with Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine and everything you need to cook, making it excellent for a long stay. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. There's a set price for water bills of €35 per month, however if the bill overcomes this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference. Internet is €30 per month. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (€4 per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
