The deposit is equal to 2-month rent for stays longer than 6 months. After the first payment through Uniplaces, the other payments must be made by bank transfer or credit card. Utilities are included up to 70 euros per month. Any additional costs will be charged separately. Tourist visa is not accepted to sign the contract. A valid passport and tax code are required to register the contract. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30 euros. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of up to 18 months, so in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of the lease, an additional cost of 100 euros and a notice of 30 to 60 days is required, depending on the duration of the lease. Price of final cleaning is included depending on the conditions of the al cleaning service: 20 euros per hour. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Late night check-ins and public holidays are subject to an additional cost. This host speaks Italian, English and French.
