The main entrance leads on one side to the basement with the kitchen and bathroom, while on the other side it leads to the 3 bedrooms, the living room and the second bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious Tuscan specialties. Here, you can gather to enjoy your meals in company. The apartment boasts a total of three welcoming bedrooms. Two of them are furnished with double beds (one is queen size and one french size), while the third has two single beds, ensuring enough space for six people. Each room offers high-quality comfort to ensure a peaceful rest after a day spent exploring the city. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant climate even on the hottest days. The presence of WIFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher and oven will make your stay extremely comfortable and stress-free. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
