One-room apartment for rent in Florence on the fourth and top floor of a quirky building without a lift. The apartment consists of a living room/kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The simply furnished living room offers a common space with the equipped kitchen, equipped with a microwave for your basic culinary needs. The bedroom is set up with a double bed, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful rest. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bidet for daily needs. A pleasant terrace completes the apartment. Among the comforts offered, we find a washing machine to facilitate your stay and a TV for moments of relaxation. The apartment is also equipped with WiFi and air conditioning, providing additional comfort during your stay. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control.
