Located in an area served by public transportation buses and shops, bars and restaurants, in a perfect area for the university campus Luigi Bocconi. Please note: deposit equals to 2-months rent for stays longer than months. Utilities included up to 100 euros per month. Tourist visa not accepted to sign contract. Valid passport and codice fiscale are required for contract registration. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30 percent. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of a max 18 months, then, in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of rental contract, an additional fee of 100 euros is required and a 30 to 60 days early notice, depending on the length of the contract.
