A large room with shared bathroom is rented for 550 expenses included, in a stately apartment in the Pinar de Chamartín area, with Metro very close by. The kitchen is spacious, shared, with an individual fridge and plenty of cupboard space. We also have a swimming pool in summer. Deposit 300 with a minimum stay of 1 year. Very well connected. 100 m away is the Cercanías Fuente de la Mora. The Pinar de Chamartín Metro Station is 200 m away. NOTE: We accept people with permanent work and who are at least 30 years old.
