Fantastic room in a shared flat, located on Castillo de Aza street, which belongs to the Madrid district of Santa Eugenia // The room includes a high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi connection // As for the common areas, the house has a large kitchen, furnished and equipped with all the appliances (refrigerator, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave) and the necessary kitchenware (pots, pans, cutlery and glassware). Likewise, the property has two full bathrooms with a shower // Regarding the location of this home, Castillo de Aza street is located in a privileged area, and therefore provided with all kinds of services: small shops, restaurants, banks, health center and pharmacies, etc. // The apartment is located just 2 minutes from the Valencia highway (main road), next to it is the Santa Eugenia Renfe station and several bus lines including the 145 which is a direct route to the C.C La Gavia, 7 minutes from the Puerta de Atocha station and 10 minutes from Puerta del Sol, 12 minutes by Metro to the UPM south campus, 30 minutes by Metro and 10 minutes by car to the university city, and a few minutes walk from CEIP Ciudad De Valencia and IES Santa Eugenia.
