The security deposit and the administration fee, for the initial and final cleaning, must be paid to the landlord at the latest two weeks before the move-in date. The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the impossibility of entering the flat. RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before the check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply. Internet wi-fi, bills, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and they are set based on the size of the flat. If you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement). The structure consists of: · entrance and small living room, with 3-seater sofa and TV, custom-made wardrobes and closet with shoe rack · 2 bathrooms, both fully furnished and with shower · 4 bedrooms, all with wardrobes, bedside tables and desks, for a total of 6 beds · kitchen equipped with plates, dishes and branded appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave and oven. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is also equipped with wi-fi, independent heating and air conditioning, 3 televisions, elevator, bicycle and scooter parking. There are also hair dryers, iron and ironing board, Candy washer-dryer, towels and bed linen for the entire duration of the stay. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and hospitable environment, both for short periods related to business or tourist needs, and for longer stays.
