Comfortable, elegant, well served: the green design studio apartment is a recently fully renovated and spacious solution for your long stays in town composed of: - hallway - fully equipped kitchen area - large living room room with a comfy double bed, 2 seats sofà, drawer with smart tv, large exposed coat hanger, table and chairs - bathroom with large shower - balcony. The apartment is at first floor of a residential building with elevator and all the windows and balcony overlook the internal courtyard. Dergano metro station yellow line is at 4 minutes walk while a supermarket is just down the building. Kindly note: 1. The apartment can host up to 2 people. Prices are for one single occupant. Additional guest has to be communicated to the landlord. An additional fee ot 7 EUR per night or 150 EUR per month applies 2. The apartment is provided cleaned and hygienezed. The tenant has to make the final cleaning before check out otherwise a minimum of 50 EUR cleaning fee will be retained by the deposit 3. AC is only available during the summer period. Temperatures inside the apartment have to comply with Italian and local laws 4. All bills are included provided that the tenant make a normal usage of resources. In case of an abnormal usage of electricity proved by historical data and current bills a corresponding additional fee applies 5. Early termination of the contract will cause the complete lost of the deposit
