This is a clean 1 bedroom flat to rent for a very affordable price and transport links that will get you into the city within 15 minutes. The rent includes the bills (council tax, utilities, internet) with reasonable usage for up to two people residing in the property. The flat is in a newish development (5 years old) and is ready to live in immediately. Couples will be considered for an additional £100 per month. I am a live out landlord, this property is my first and it is dear to my heart, so would love to have a tenant(s) who can take care of it and enjoy it the way I have over the years.
