Bright room with double bed and sofa, a separate kitchen with micro and stove, bathroom and a small pantry.. Fully furnished: fridge, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix. No AC, but 2 fans included. Street view, quiet courtyard house. Previously rented by students who were very satisfied. 10-min walk to Parliament, excellent transport, 4/6 tram stop 5 min away. Ideal for university students. Minimum 6 months but preferably for a year. 2 months deposit is required. Smoking is strictly prohibited. This part of the city is the Pest Broadway with theatres and the Opera in walking distance. This is district VI. Each district has a name, this is Theresa District, in Hungarian: Terézváros.
