Studio apartment on Paseo de la Castellana between Plaza Castilla and Las Cuatro Torres and the Instituto de Empresa, suitable for temporary stays of less than one year. Ideal for students at the IE Instituto de Empresa. The studio has a 135 cm double bed with storage, dining table, work/study desk with chair, bedside table, flat-screen TV, large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe with double doors, and large window with plenty of natural light and views of Paseo de Castellana. It has hot/cold air conditioning and central heating included in the price. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, induction hob, extractor hood, etc.) with all necessary utensils. Full bathroom with shower tray. The studio has a washer/dryer in a common room shared with four other studios on the same floor. Located on Paseo de la Castellana, next to Chamartín station (Metro Lines 1 and 10, Renfe C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C8, and C10 commuter trains, as well as regional, national, and AVE high-speed trains, and numerous buses). All utilities (electricity, heating, water, and Wi-Fi Internet) included for €100 per month. The studio comes with bedding (sheets and duvet) and towels. Cleaning fee upon departure, depending on condition (minimum €30). One month's deposit + one month's agency fee required, adjustable based on length of stay.
