Looking for a house in the capital See this recently renovated and well located property, just a short walk from the Marquês do Pombal, it may be all you need. It is located in a central area of Lisbon, close to the metro station and the Universidade Nova. There's also a communal garden where it's nice to take advantage of Lisbon's warm climate. This apartment has five bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom, a living room, kitchen, two common bathrooms and a toilet. The apartment is ready with a very large and bright space and a welcoming atmosphere.

The flat is outstanding: spacious, comfortable, well maintained and perfectly located. It has great supermarket options nearby, a grocery store next door, and easy access to drugstores and all sorts of restaurants. Is about a 5-minute walk to a very nice park (Eduardo VII), also to Marquês de Pombal subway station and Avenida da Liberdade (Lisbon’s most elegant avenue). And a 10-minute walk to Amoreiras Shopping Mall. This bedroom is big, well furnished, sunny and has an excellent private bathroom. Another interesting thing about flat is the cultural diversity of the tenants. During my stay, I had the opportunity to meet people from several different countries and it was a very enriching experience. I certainly recommend this bedroom, and the flat in general.

This flat looks just like the photos! This room in particular stays nice and cool in the summer months which was a big plus. The common spaces are very comfortable and kept clean. If I ever return to Lisbon, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

A very comfy flat with a great room and common areas. Perfect location to reach university and city center by foot. Only disadvantage: room faces main street which is sometimes really loud.

The flat is perfectly situated, super nice and great value for money. The common areas are big and the whole flat is very well looked after. Each bathroom is only shared by two people which is great. This room is facing the courtyard, so it's quiet at night. There is also a weekly cleaning of all the common areas included in the rent. Overall, a great flat and I would stay there again for sure!

My room was really big with all the furnitures I can need (a big wardrobe...), the bathroom was modern and full-equipped. The flat is located in a residential area close to supermarkets and restaurants and at 15 minutes walk of the center of Lisbon.

This was hands down the nicest flat I have ever stayed in, and great value for money. The common areas are very large and inviting, the bathroom situation was perfect and there is even a cleaning service included.
