Located just a three-minute walk from the ferry that connects Cais do Sodré, and the local metro network, Penthouse Bellevue is located in a vibrant area of ​​the city, where you can find various services such as restaurants, bars, grocery stores and also a pharmacy.
Penthouse Bellevue is fully equipped so you only need to bring your personal belongings. You will see that the photos do not do justice to the true charm of the apartment. It should be noted that the property is located on the 19th floor, however, the elevator only goes to the 18th floor, requiring you to climb a flight of stairs.

Guests must fill out a form with identification/passport information upon check-in.
- Late check-in: a fee of €50 will be charged for arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 23:59 (11:59 PM). If you check in after midnight, a fee of €100 will be charged. In both cases, fees are charged at check-in and must be paid in cash.
- In case of losing a key, or forgetting a key inside the apartment, guests will be charged a fee of €150.
- The apartment is cleaned once a week, on a day and time to be scheduled.
- Noise policy: noise between 22H (10PM) and 08h (08AM) is totally forbidden.
