This beautiful one-bedroom apartment can be found in the Prague district Liben. Near it stands O2 Arena, which hosts sports events as well as concerts of worldwide known music groups. The Arena is adjacent to shopping center Galerie Harfa with its clothing store, restaurants and DinoPark. A five minute walk takes you to the picturesque park Podviní with a beautiful lookout tower. On the edge of the park there is also climbing center. For artistic experience you can go to the nearby Theater Gong or Arena Sparta, where are held cultural and social events.
The locality is easily accessible by public transport. Within five minutes you get to stops of tram 2, 6, 8, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 25, 35, 36, 52, 54, 57, 58, 62 and 64. Yellow metro line B is three minute walk away, nearby is also railway station Prague - Libeň. Your car can be parked in a private parking space in the house.
During your walks in the surroundings you will discover restaurants, cafes and bistros, as well as ATMs, supermarket and tennis courts. In vicinity is also a hospital with ambulances.
Apartment on the second floor is decorated in a combination of white, gray and green color, and therefore has a very pleasant atmosphere. The largest room is the living room with kitchenette. In the evening you can lie back on the couch or make yourself comfortable on a padded chair and watch your favorite movie on TV. The kitchen is very well equipped. In the morning you heat a frying pan on an electric hob, break a few eggs and you have a wonderful breakfast. Lunch you can put in the oven and the dinner can be warmed up in the microwave. While cooking you can use a wooden dining table as an additional workspace. You don`t need to worry about the dirty dishes anymore. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher!
Behind white door is hides a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Writing desk with chair will serve well as a home office. The bathroom features a glazed shower a toilet and a washing machine.
Just a quick note 2025/08: the nearest metro station, ÄŒeskomoravská, is currently closed for renovations and will remain closed until December 31, 2025. However, the next closest metro station is just one tram stop away about a 5-minute ride so public transport access remains convenient.
Also, there`s a new residential building being completed nearby (on a different lot, not connected to this building). The main structure is already done, so it's mostly finishing work now. You might occasionally hear a bit of construction activity during the day, but nothing major, and the site isn't visible from the apartment.
