An apartment with 1 separate bedroom with size of 38m2 on a second floor out of 5 in total with an elevator, in a new building (completed 2021), decorated by a designer, in the center of beautiful city of Ohrid ("pearl of the Balkans") only 4 minutes walking to the promenade - main shopping street and 10 minutes walking from the Ohrid Lake.
It is equipped with:
- complete kitchen (large fridge, oven, stove, machine for washing dishes, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, etc..);
- washing machine;
- LED TV 43";
- Cable TV, optical wi-fi;
- A/C with inverter;
- Terrace;
- Private parking place with a ramp located in front of the entrance of the building;

Its capacity is 4 people (a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room that easily folds down into a double bed).

Price for 1 month stay (between October and May) is 650 eur with all costs and fees included and for longer stays it is negotiable.
