I am offering a student room for rent, which has its own kitchenette. Only the bathroom and the area for washing dishes are shared. The common shared spaces are also used for a second student room on the same floor, where two siblings, 19 and 21 years old, now live. What you will really appreciate is the location of the apartment. The apartment is located in a villa district of Prague 6, about 3 minutes walk from the Dejvická metro station, 10 minutes walk to the Prague Castle, 10 minutes by metro to the center, 25 minutes by public transport to the airport/train station. For sports - in the street playground - see photo, nearby the city park Stromovka, Ladronka, Obora Hvezda.
There are many schools in the area.
Another big advantage is that you do not pay a deposit :-)
The price includes all services (cold and hot water, heating, electricity, internet), so you do not pay any other fees.
The house and its surroundings are quiet, with a view of the garden.
Note: The room is exclusively for NON-SMOKING people.

From September (October) I usually rent the apartment for the entire school year, i.e. 11 - 12 months.
