A quiet, 3-bedroom, second and third floor apartment in Amstelveen with amenities and free parking. In the immediate vicinity there are a supermarket, playgrounds, nurseries and primary schools. It is a very child- friendly neighbourhood. Both bus stop and metro station with frequent trains and busses are also very close.
LAYOUT
Via the general entrance you have to take the stairs to the top and you will reach the second floor (US counting) where the house is located. You enter the hall with access to the living area.
A lovely open plan room consists of a semi-open kitchen at the front and a dinning and living areas at the rear with a balcony (with electric sun screen). In the afternoon you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the sun.
