The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator and has beautiful views of the park and the mountains and lots of natural light.
The apartment is in a very quiet street, it is in an excellent location. Very central, next to the metro station paral-lel, this allows easy access to different parts of the city and public transport, restaurants and stores.

- Agency fee to be paid only once: one monthly rent + IVA

DEPOSIT:
