The Affittacamere takes its name from the ancient hexagonal plan of Avola, a beautiful city between Syracuse and Baroque Noto. In a well-renovated 19th-century building, on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, 3 balconies and a small terrace, it can accommodate up to 14 people. STRUCTURE: The ancient building on two floors, recently renovated, is in excellent condition. The rooms are all bright, spacious and comfortable. The structure is made up of: •4 bedrooms. •4 bathrooms (two independent, one shared between bedrooms 3 and 4, one service). • double living room. • large and equipped eat-in kitchen. •3 balconies in the three rooms on the first floor. •1 small terrace to hang out the laundry on the first floor. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, the other three bedrooms are on the first floor and have a balcony. The living room can become independent and has a sofa bed that can accommodate one or two people. The bedrooms and other rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning and heating. It is possible to book one or more of the bedrooms, sharing the use of the kitchen and other common areas with the other guests, or the whole house. The property can accommodate up to 14 guests. The house is 800 meters from the sea, on a coast that offers a rich variety of long equipped beaches, sandy shores, isolated coves and barren cliffs. The old building overlooks one of the typical Sicilian courtyards, very quiet, sheltered from traffic, in a quiet neighborhood inhabited by families. In the courtyard, shared with the neighboring houses, you can park easily. The bus stop is about 100 meters away, where the lines for all the cities of the Sicilian region pass. The train station at 500 meters, to reach Syracuse and from there other destinations. AVOLA: Avola boasts beautiful, clean beaches with crystal clear water, free access and equipped bathing establishments for bathers. The coast extends for about 10 km of coastline and offers a very varied panorama, suitable for different needs and for all tastes. Sandy beaches with shallow waters, which lend themselves well to a holiday with children.
